A Brief Overview: Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, Head of Private Debt & Equity (PD&E), the Managing Director - Management of PD&E, manages and directs all aspects of portfolio management and portfolio risk management for the group’s direct debt and equity investments as well as private equity fund investments, including identifying, monitoring, and escalating emerging risks through portfolio surveillance, diversification analysis, watch list management, internal ratings, valuations, non-accruals, development and implementation of allowances and impairment methodology and calculation, internal and external client reporting, and all routine and high-touch portfolio company related activities.
