Job description

NABA is currently looking for motivated individuals for the role of Finance Manager The selected candidate will join the Finance Department and will report directly to the Finance Director. He/ She will manage and assure all accounting, tax and treasury processes, the maintenance of the statutory books in accordance with the Italian accounting standards, tax and legal requirements; support the internal and external controls (financial audits, etc.). Will also actively support change management and innovation initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Treasury and Cash Management - Guarantee payment management and related taxes (for example withholding taxes) respecting the scheduled deadlines. - Supervise daily booking of bank, cash and credit cards transactions in accordance with the Italian accounting standards. - Prepare cash report requested by the head office. Financial Statement: - Contribute to the definition of the annual financial statements for NABA and Domus Academy in compliance with all legal requirements - Assure the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: GL account reconciliation, cost accruals, deferrals. - Pr...
