Associate Marketing Manager Reporting to the Marketing Senior Program Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated auto insurance marketing plans across multiple markets to support business objectives. This role oversees strategic allocation and management of large-scale marketing budgets to drive efficient lead generation and policy growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop, optimize, and execute integrated marketing plans that achieve performance goals efficiently. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including lead volume/cost per lead and sales/ cost per sale on a semi-weekly basis. Own accountability for lead generation and cost-efficiency targets. Manage media budgets and marketing plans, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Lead media strategy, planning, and execution to support policy acquisition, business quality, and retention.
