Job description

Investor Relations (IR) at ESR Europe is responsible for both existing investor communication and capital raising to support the growth of the platform. IR operates under the Fund Management team, which manages the financial and operational aspects of the Value Add and Core+ real estate funds. Key functions include investor reporting, fund governance, compliance, treasury management, and tax compliance. As an intern, you will play an integral role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, data management, and investor communications. Additionally, you will assist in business development and capital raising efforts, including CRM management, roadshow and event planning, and market research. The intern will also participate in marketing initiatives and collaborate with a PR agency. The role will begin with a focus on establishing the foundational aspects of fund structure and capital formation. As you progress, there will be opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities.
