Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, is looking for an experienced Controller to join our Leadership team. *Note: This is an in-office full time position. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Pay: $130,000 - $150,000: Key Responsibilities: - Oversight of all accounting activities, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial planning and analysis - Ensures accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Company - Partners with outside insurance, legal, CPA firms and other business - Prepares annual budget and provides monthly performance analysis - Leads annual preparation of federal and state income tax returns for company - Serves as key interface with project, division, cost center and subsidiary personnel, providing accounting support as needed - Maintains robust internal controls in compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements (including federal, state and local income, sales and payroll taxes) - Oversight of Company ERP and accounting platforms, driving automation and process improvement as needed and opportunity arise -...
