Job Description: - Complete menu final check processes - Control each item of the new menus and take notes for menu agent to correct the errors - Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding SOP and SOP changes Qualifications: - Grammatical knowledge and language proficiency - Compliance with platform requirements and standards, and the ability to follow legal regulations - Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets - Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes - Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
