As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on support calls. You are responsible for proactively handling service requests for home and business glass, working with the dispatcher to schedule on-site appointments for estimates and providing over the phone quotes for auto glass replacement. In addition you will be emailing and calling back customers regarding estimates that have been previously been provided on-site but remain unsold.
