You will drive the channel's evolution toward a 2026 target of 40K sales (+15% YoY growth) by establishing governance, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional alignment. This high-visibility role requires a strategic operator who builds structure from ambiguity and influences without authority. You will be accountable for unlocking program potential through disciplined management, data-driven decisions, and a relentless ROI focus. Collaborating across Sales, Finance, Channels, and Marketing, you will lead Eastern expansion, omni-channel pilots, contract negotiations, and the development of a robust ROI model to guide long-term strategy.
