Hill House Home is seeking a Technical Designer to support our New York Team. This role will support the Product team across all women's RTW categories. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate fit, construction, and quality across proto, fit, and production samples. The ideal candidate brings strong pattern knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors. This role is a hybrid position, working from our NYC offices 3-4 days per week. What You’ll Do: - Partner with Design and Development teams to understand garment fit, construction, and material intent at the hand-off stage - Maintain and update tech packs for development and production, ensuring accurate construction details, POMs, and technical sketches, while keeping consistency across seasonal styles - Measure and evaluate incoming production samples, preparing them for fittings and analyzing for accuracy and quality - Attend and lead production fittings as needed, taking detailed notes while identifying issues and providing recommendations for improvements - Communicate style updates clearly to overseas factories in a timely manner, addressing fit,...
