SOUND is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model. This position is a professional-level position intended to provide psychiatric services in our agency through the prescribing and monitoring of medications, evaluation of psychiatric status, and consultation to non-medical team members. This is primarily a clinical position, and incumbents will spend the majority of their time seeing patients, with the same productivity standards and same scheduling guidelines as physicians. This position is a part-time position that will be partially based out of the Tukwila clinic and partially based out of the Bel-Red clinic.
