Overview: Schedule: M-F (8:00am-4:30pm) Fully on-site during the probation period until cleared to work hybrid (1 remote day per week) Job Description Summary: Coordinates operations for over 100 centrally scheduled rooms and provides other education functions such as development and communication of training and training materials, system set up, design, and upgrades, and daily scheduling. Coordinates select projects, fiscal oversight for assigned education activities, and room rental as assigned. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Collaborates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of simple to complex room scheduling system updates and needs. Monitors customer needs and recommends system upgrades or advances. - Develops training materials and conducts trainings for customers including development of a yearly training and communication plan. - Provides daily monitoring and accuracy of scheduling site data as it impacts services across campus. - Uses anticipatory guidance to communicate with customers to ensure needs are consistently met and achieve system-wide excellence. - Produces reports to track utilization as part of ongoing business process improvement and ope...
