Hospitalist Locum Physician for Northwest Territories

MDSearch is recruiting CCFP-trained Hospitalist Physicians to join Inuvik Regional Hospital, the only hospital facility serving the Beaufort-Delta region. This role provides inpatient care for both adult and pediatric patients. No formal hospitalist certification is required, but candidates must be comfortable managing a broad inpatient scope across all ages. Compensation: Hourly rate (no fee for service), along with on-call remuneration. Requirements: CCFP (required) Comfortable caring for adult and pediatric inpatients Eligible for licensure in the Northwest Territories Benefits: Travel and accommodations fully covered (meals not included) Travel stipend up to $3,000 for locums travelling to Inuvik (for start dates up to March 31, based on travel time) Locum blocks are typically: 1–2 weeks, with longer assignments available Why the Northwest Territories?: Located above the 60th parallel, the Northwest Territories awaits with seemingly endless lakes and unmatched vistas.
