POSITION SUMMARY: The Group Dining Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the coordination and sale of dining experiences for groups of 12 or more. This role serves as a key bridge between Leisure, Golf, Concierge, and Catering Sales by identifying opportunities to convert in-house guests and inbound inquiries into curated dining and experience-based events. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Responding to inbound inquiries for group dining. - Capture required information and qualify inquiries. - Works with restaurant GM’s and F&B leadership to develop enhanced guest experiences and upsell opportunities in accordance with operational and financial targets. - Evaluate and identify proper transfer points to catering sales. - Maintain a complete database of accounts and bookings. - Create, process, and complete reservations. - Follow all established Standards of Operation, policies, and procedures – generating and completing all necessary forms, correspondence, etc. - Execute daily Agilisys and Seven Rooms activities. - Collaborate with catering sales to transition qualified groups into full catering events. - Work closely with the guests and the restaurant GMs to ensure s...
