Job description

Direct all aspects of OT deployment and lifecycle management in data centers, ensuring the implementation of robust operational standards and seamless integration with new and existing systems. Lead the design of operational and security systems for new and existing data centers, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, future scalability, and industry best practices. Develop, implement, and monitor policies related to patch management and operational standards for critical OT and infrastructure systems. Establish, document, and routinely update physical security and keying standards to protect data center infrastructure and assets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes; establish and track KPIs and deliver regular performance and risk reports. Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, architecture, and security—to ensure consistency and alignment in systems design, operational standards, and physical infrastructure.
