Engineering & Technical Leadership · Lead the delivery of engineering activities relating to the marine interface within the MBIF scope. · Ensure all works comply with technical specifications, design drawings, ITPs, and regulatory requirements. · Provide expert technical input on matters involving coastal processes, tidal influences, material deposition, and interface with marine infrastructure. · Support preparation and review of method statements, RAMS, temporary works designs, and marine-related sequencing. · Lead coordination of surveys (bathymetric, topographic, monitoring of shoreline changes). 2. Marine Interface Management · Act as the engineering focal point between the Enabling & Earthworks team and marine contractors, marine logistics, harbour authorities, and coastal engineering consultants. · Coordinate material movements involving barges, landing areas, marine unloading zones, and near-shore staging points. · Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations, vessel movement protocols,...
