Citizens Capital Markets is looking for an experienced and highly driven Director/Managing Director to join its established High Yield Sales & Trading team. This role will build on an already strong foundation with a focus on continued growth. The selected candidate will lead revenue generation from both secondary trading and primary issuance, manage senior-level client relationships, and work closely with syndicate, trading, research, and banking teams to provide institutional clients with top ‑ tier execution and insightful market perspectives. Primary responsibilities include: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, risk, and supervisory requirements, including all firm policies and attestations.
