POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION: Provide environmental leadership and oversight for one or more sites to ensure effective and efficient compliance with government and company requirements. Act as company liaison with community and regulatory officials in relation to environmental matters. Develop and maintain processes to ensure accurate, timely and complete environmental monitoring and reporting. Partner with operations to support project work and problem solve operational environmental issues, providing guidance to optimize and strengthen compliance systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related field. - Seven plus years’ progressive environmental experience with three plus years’ supervisory or managerial experience. - Ability to effectively manage the safety, engagement, development, and performance of direct reports. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing information and explaining environmental regulations to employees at all levels of the organization. - Exper...
