Description The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. Organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations; performs a variety of technical tasks relative to community maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor has primary responsibility for the physical integrity of each community and proper maintenance and oversight. The majority of a Maintenance Supervisor’s time is involved in the scheduling of work orders, the preparation of new apartments for occupancy, and completion of on-going maintenance projects on each community. The Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Technician are on-call for maintenance emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week or as scheduled.
