Cultivation Supervisor Department: Operations: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Riverbank, CA: Reporting To: Management: Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year Description: Aeriz is searching for a full-time Cultivation Supervisor- for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. The Cultivation Supervisor assists with all day-to-day operations throughout the cultivation facility to ensure full compliance and production demands are met. This includes but is not limited to the proper use and function of all climate controls, irrigation, lighting, and any other systems used in cultivation, to provide a constant supply of clean and potent cannabis. With the cultivation and operations team, they will participate in creating and adhering to a harvest/production schedule.
