We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Princeton, IL production facility. This position is a key member of the site leadership team responsible for all maintenance activities and leading an experienced team of maintenance mechanics and electricians. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates across various departments and utilizes creative problem-solving skills to foster innovation and further develop team members. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. This role will be on-site at the Corteva location. Responsibilities: - Accountable for scheduling, prioritization and execution of preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and all capital projects managed at the location.
