Our - Regina - Northgate Mall and our FYidoctors - Victoria Square clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as an Optical Associate to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll enhance the lives of our patients every single day, delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment. This position is a full-time fixed-term role until June 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinics are open Monday to Saturday. What You’ll Do: - Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email - Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, assisting with frame selection to ensure optimal value, quality, aesthetics, and performance - Interpret optical prescriptions provided by the optometrist - Perform frame and facial measurements, ensuring proper fit and positioning of new eyewear, as well as repairs and adjustments - Coordinate appointments, and prepare prescription printouts - Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties - Assist with contact lens fittings and process contact le...
