Supervisor, Food & Beverage Department: Food and Beverage: Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time Location: Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge: Description: Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. The Food and Beverage Supervisors are an integral part of the Food and Beverage Management team. You will oversee all day to day restaurant operations providing excellent service to our guests including answering guest inquiries, and effectively handling complaints while maintain professionalism and friendly positive attitude that support HAP service excellence values. This position supervises and motivates team members in line with company standards.
