Blue Yonder Title Corporate Counsel - Intellectual Property, Patents and Commercial Transactions Location: Within 50 miles of Dallas, TX Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced intellectual property attorney to join its corporate legal team to advise the organization with respect to a wide variety of legal matters, including those pertaining to the management and protection of Blue Yonder’s intellectual property assets. The ideal candidate is an energetic, highly organized self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can work on multiple projects with limited supervision. What you will do: - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to protect, manage, and maximize the value of Blue Yonder's intellectual property assets, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. - Manage Blue Yonder’s intellectual property portfolio, including overseeing and assisting with patent, copyright, and trademark filings, maintenance, and enforcement activities, and including efficiently communicating and managing outside counsel. - Provide legal counsel and support for strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures,...
