This position develops and implements strategic recruitment, marketing, and retention plans; collaborates with faculty, academic departments, and campus leadership to support student success and persistence; and leads data-informed initiatives that enhance the student experience. The Associate Dean oversees outreach and communication with prospective and current students, including recruitment events, high school visits, and targeted engagement efforts for adult and non-traditional learners.
