Overview: We are seeking an ICU Charge Nurse , also referred to as an Intensive Care Charge Nurse. The ICU Charge RN oversees the efficient functioning of the ICU department balancing administrative duties with patient care. The ICU Charge Nurse coordinates patient flow, ensuring the right resources are available for patient needs and that priority cases are addressed promptly. The Charge Nurse will manage staff, assign duties based on skill and patient load while providing guidance and supporting the nursing team.
