Staff Quality Assurance Engineer CME Group is seeking a Staff QA Engineer to set the strategic vision for quality assurance practices across the Trade Dissemination value chain. As a Staff QA you will define our product QA strategy, drive best practices, and help ensure successful, high-quality feature deliveries across our Trade Dissemination products that allow our customers to receive their trading information and manage their risk in real-time. Our customers rely on these so reliability is critical. This role is not just about writing or executing tests, you will define our strategy whilst influencing both product and engineering along the way. Key Responsibilities: Define the Quality Vision: Serve as the technical authority defining the QA strategy for the Trade Dissemination value chain and influencing product and engineering leadership on direction and prioritisation. Drive High-Impact Initiatives: Take accountability for the successful delivery of Trade Dissemination initiatives.
