This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical, and environmental needs of the residents. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Director of Memory Care: - Leads all efforts in memory care programming, consistent with Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program. - Manages and direct the functions of the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program to include ongoing staff training and assistance in program implementation. - Evaluates resident activity needs and working in collaboration with community care staff members explore opportunities for resident engagement and plan and schedule all daily activities...
