Role description: Client Focus - Outcome-thinking: develop tailored solutions for aligning clients’ real estate strategy with their current and future needs. - Carry out research within client organisations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information. - Support and deliver high-level feasibility study for various kind of assets (office, logistics, data centre, labs…). - Support the review of zoning/planning issues as part of our clients’ location studies, potentially up to the permitting phase. - Deliver, discuss, and present the outcomes to colleagues, clients and third parties. - Prepare reports and presentations that can be incorporated into sales proposals and client presentations. - Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices. - Develop...
