Immediate position available for a Full time CAD/Revit Designer at a local growing HVAC company. Salary negotiable based on prior experience, ability to work with others, attitude, and skill level. We are a full service HVAC contractor with a full office staff including an engineering & construction dept, HVAC controls dept, sales staff & support as well as commercial & residential service department, in-house sheetmetal fabrication shop and field installers. Our projects consist of HVAC in-house design/build as well as plan/spec engineering drawings for commercial offices, schools, high rise residential projects, medical facilities, distribution centers, etc ranging from 10,000 SF to over 1,000,000 SF. We utilize Autodesk Revit along with Trimble Sysque software for our design and spool drawings to integrate with our in-house sheetmetal fabrication shop. Responsibilities include: - Reading and interpreting construction drawings including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural blueprints. - Assisting the Engineering/Design team in creating 3D HVAC design drawings as well as creating field coordination and fabrication installation drawings.
