Position: Regional Support Associate: Location: Columbus Apartment District – Columbus, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions Who You Are: - 1+ year of property management experience. - 1+ year of LIHTC experience REQUIRED. - Collaborator with a cheerful outlook. - Initiative-taking and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Experienced in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Yardi software. - Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance. - Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position.
