Chevron is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support our El Segundo Refinery. In this role, you will help ensure critical equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify reliability risks, improve asset performance, and implement long-term solutions that enhance plant reliability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze equipment performance and reliability data to identify recurring issues and high-risk assets - Partner with site teams to investigate and resolve equipment reliability issues from identification through closure - Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance personnel to incorporate field insights into practical improvement solutions - Lead reliability studies and assessments, ranging from individual equipment evaluations to broader unit or plant-level reviews - Use data analytics and engineering judgment to prioritize efforts that deliver the highest value to the fac...
