Company Description The purpose of the Special Needs Ministry at CCV is to provide an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals with special needs can grow in their understanding of God’s love. The Special Needs Pastor will collaborate with the Kids/Students Ministry to ensure that children, teens, and adults are included to the greatest extent possible. The Special Needs Pastor will assist the ministry efforts of the Kids Ministry by providing excellence in the implementation, development, and execution of Special Needs services on the campus. Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Identify, recruit, and train volunteer leaders, following all safety protocols and onboarding procedures to ensure appropriate training and background checks are completed. Foster personal relationships with families and volunteers through one-on-one interactions, school visits, and active engagement in the community. Connect with both new and existing families, offering support and resources tailored to their unique needs.
