Position Overview: The HIghway Asphalt Paving Foreperson oversees the daily operations of highway/asphalt, utility, grading, and crusher crews. This role is primarily focused on supervision, ensuring crews work safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals. While the position is mainly supervisory, there may be rare occasions where the Foreperson assists with general labor or equipment operation as needed.
