Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required. - Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement. - Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency. - Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
