Position Overview: The Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who excels at turning loosely defined business questions into clear, actionable insights. This role is less about simply pulling data and more about deeply understanding problems, shaping requirements, and delivering solutions that drive decisions. This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—someone who asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, and brings structure to ambiguity. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and Tableau skills with exceptional analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving ability.
