Use retirement data to determine refund eligibility dates and prepare DROP termination information. Review and process retirement forms or other documents for refunds, DROP payouts, and insurance deduction authorizations. Serve as a lead worker for complex accounts. Provide customer service by email, phone, and personal interviews with members, employers, and other stakeholders.
