Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in training and developing staff. - Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience. - Very involved in front desk related tasks: - Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns. - Taking info calls. - Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information. - Great/meet potential members and provide gym tour. - Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions. - Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed. - Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures. - Help create and maintain a positive image for the club. - Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym. - Assist in managing marketing efforts.
