Opportunity Information Management Group, Inc. (IMG) is seeking a driven and growth-oriented Capture Manager to support our DOE, DoD, IC and Federal business. This role will lead capture execution from smaller-scale opportunities and recompetes to large IDIQs under the direction of senior leadership. The Capture Manager will be responsible for developing and executing winning capture strategies across the full lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award. While prior experience supporting capture efforts is sufficient for this role, the successful candidate must demonstrate readiness to step into a lead capture role with accountability for outcomes. This position is ideal for a capture professional who understands the federal acquisition environment, has contributed meaningfully to capture strategy and execution, and is prepared to take ownership of end-to-end captures for well-defined opportunities.
