Department: 37710 AMC Oshkosh - PACU Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F Variable day shift hours Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Major Responsibilities: Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness. 1)Participates in short and long term planning. Analyzes and plans for the needs of the area. 2)Establishes staffing requirements. Maintains productivity as budgeted. Plans for the appropriate utilization of human resources. 3)Monitors quality of patient care and patient engagement; oversees implementation of measures to improve both. 4)Facilitates care delivery in conjunction with the patient focused model. 5)Supports and facilitates care management practice in conjunction with Advocate Sherman protocols. 6)Develops and implements policies and procedures to assure effective and efficient operations consistent with Advocate Sherman philosophy, policies, and procedures. 7)Ensures compliance with all regulatory agency standards, i.e., federal, state, city, IDPH and all hospital policies and procedures. 8)Promotes patient safety by reporting o...
