Are you an experienced and proactive Account Manager who wants to be part of our mission to empower healthcare and improve lives? We are now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our Commercial organisation and drive long-term customer success across markets. In this role, you will take ownership of our existing customers, ensuring strong relationships, measurable value delivery and operational excellence. What can you expect? As an Account Manager at Visiba, you will play a central role in ensuring customer growth, retention and satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and value creation. Your responsibilities will include: Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers across markets Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention in both Sweden and UK Be responsible for internal and external KPI reporting Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen customer value and expand usage Provide hands-on support to customers when needed, ensuring their operational needs are met Act as the link between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Commercia...
