The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Account Manager to join our growth team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of client relationships and ecosystem partnerships. You will be responsible for nurturing key client accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and deepening our strategic alliances with top-tier partners like AWS. This is a front-line business development and relationship management position. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a primary liaison to our partners, ensuring that 10Pearls is the first call they make when new opportunities arise. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. - Develop a deep understanding of clients' business to identify opportunities where 10Pearls can deliver value. - Proactively manage account health, track engagement metrics, and mitigate risks before they become issues. - Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to expand our footprint within existing accounts.
