This position will be based in our Salem office, with opportunities for remote work and to work in our Portland office. The Civil Recovery Section attorneys represent the state in a wide range of probate and protective proceedings. They also represent all state agencies, boards, and commissions in a broad plaintiff-side civil litigation practice. The successful applicant will represent the state in a robust probate caseload, including estate cases (representing the state as a personal representative or a creditor), guardianships, conservatorships, trust litigation and Medicaid recovery actions.
