Job Description Job Summary: Drive a company vehicle from store to store to maintain and so minor repairs on HVAC, Act as a Handy Man on minor store repairs, Plumbing and electrical issues. Help maintain Facilities Warehouse: Attend and Participate in Facility Meetings Be available to assist the Field in Emergency situations ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Drive’s from one location to another throughout Jacks footprint - Manages truck inventory and maintain company vehicle - Repairs Facility issues in stores as directed by Facilities Manager - Files and maintains paperwork for inventory, pay card, credit card and Pm compliance - Perform inspections of equipment for operations via Yoobic App or applicable tracking platforms - Occasionally work in office as office Tech as needed - Participate in Team building activities and continued education training - Represent Jacks in a professional manner - Maintains HVAC and plumbing needs – roof top units (RTU s), restroom - Maintains electrical systems - Maintains interior and exterior of the building - Performs Preventative Maintenance checks requiring technical knowledge - Perform administrative duties utilizing the Quick Base system - Performs miscel...
