TITLE: Technical Product Owner STATUS: Exempt REPORTS TO: Director - Enterprise Core Banking and Engineering DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Platforms Admin JOB CODE:11190: PAY SCALE: $112,200.00 - $125,000.00 Annually GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more major products, capabilities, services, or enhancements in accordance with the product roadmap. This role works with Program Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver the product. Manages the overall effort to deliver products, capabilities, services, and enhancements using the strategic vision as well as established key performance indicators. Understands the functionality and determines the release sequence. Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog and performs just-in-time story elaboration with the development team. Provide thought leadership, anticipate, and understand business needs, map these needs to external market trends, conduct vision/validate sessions with business stakeholders and formulate investment cases; translate business needs into technical requirements, document and prioritiz...
