IT Delivery Manager

Job description

Responsible for leading and co‑ordinating supply chain partners to deliver IT capabilities aligned to business strategies, outcomes and benefits, ensuring delivery within allocated annual budgets, agreed timelines and quality standards. The role includes ownership of delivery plans, governance and stakeholder engagement, supporting effective transition into business‑as‑usual, and ensuring that financial, commercial and performance commitments are met in a complex and fast‑paced environment. - Leadership and co‑ordination of suppliers to ensure IT capability is successfully delivered to enable Heathrow to achieve its business priorities. - Review and agree the project delivery plan to support all aspects required to realise the defined business outcomes, including Heathrow activities such as business change and transition into business‑as‑usual support. - Create and maintain a safe working environment and care for the wellbeing of others. - Act as Project Sponsor with strong stakeholder engagement, working with key partners to understand and define business needs and deliver benefits and outcomes. - Lead scope on the project, ensuring scope changes follow the defined approval proces...
