​ Position Overview: This 10-week summer internship provides students with a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to Retail Banking while being trained as a Teller. Interns will work alongside experienced branch professionals and rotate across multiple branch locations as a Float Teller Intern, gaining insight into daily branch operations, customer service, and financial transactions. This role is ideal for students interested in business, finance, customer service, or banking careers who are eager to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Retail Banking plays a critical role in supporting customers with their everyday financial needs, including deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and digital banking education. Through this internship, students will develop foundational knowledge of banking operations, customer engagement, and professional workplace skills while delivering exceptional service to customers.
