Associa is hiring a Project Manager to oversee all capital projects, RFPs, contracts, and execution, for its large scale HOA in Williamsburg, VA. Daily responsibilities: - Act as the liaison for Infrastructure and Facilities Committees, on day-to-day issues. - Responsible for obtaining multiple proposals for each project involving Infrastructure and Facilities (i.e. sinkholes, erosion, etc.) - Responsible for writing RFP’s for major contracts and assisting the General Manager/HOA Manager in drafting technical areas of RFP’s, contracts, or related construction policies for consideration by the Board. - Present proposals to the respective committees for work that needs to be completed or services provided to the HOA. - Communicate project updates to the General Manager & HOA Manager for reporting back to the Board of Directors. - Oversee the technical aspect of all RFPs to vendors that are related to repairs and maintenance projects of all types and their associated infrastructures. - Responsible for obtaining proposals as requested. - Oversee projects, as assigned by General Manager and HOA Manager, for the association and evaluate performance of the contract. - Verify contractor’s...
