About the Role: Martindale-Avvo Leads Division is seeking a sales‑oriented, consultative Account Manager to retain and grow a book of ~200 legal clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, onboard new clients for long‑term success, run data‑driven performance reviews, and drive revenue through strategic upsells while proactively minimizing churn. Key responsibilities: - Own a portfolio of ~200 law‑firm and legal‑service clients, building strong, long‑term relationships. - Onboard new clients: set up accounts, establish goals, and ensure successful adoption of products/services. - Conduct regular, data‑driven performance reviews to measure ROI, identify opportunities, and recommend optimizations. - Drive revenue growth through consultative upselling and cross‑selling of relevant Martindale‑Avvo solutions. - Proactively monitor client health signals and intervene to prevent churn. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to escalate issues, share feedback, and improve the client experience. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare clear reporting for leadership.
