JOB SUMMARY: As a member of Marriott’s Global Finance Automation team, the Senior Manager – Global Finance Automation will report to the Director, Global Finance Automation. This role is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of initiatives that support the planning, governance, execution, and adoption of Marriott’s global finance automation strategy. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Global Finance teams across the enterprise to drive delivery and adoption of automation solutions. This includes supporting software selection, enablement, and training efforts that underpin the global automation operating model and drive meaningful, enterprise-wide impact. This role will also support the Global Finance automation user community by facilitating Citizen Developer (CitDev) meetings, enabling ideation and solution development, and providing the tools, resources, and governance necessary to scale automation effectively.
