Position Summary: The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for pouring beer and tracking product inventory, including what hawkers take out to the stands, what is sold, and what must be recorded as waste or returned to inventory. The Hawker Room is located outdoors and is a shared space with the Culinary team. Although the room is a joint responsibility between Culinary, the Hawkers, and the Attendant, it is the Coordinator who leads the space—providing direction, communicating with departments, and ensuring smooth operations. The Coordinator is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness of the room.
